Thank you so much to guys at Pitlochry garage for helping us out today, we had a battery warning light come on while on A9 from Glasgow so popped by as it was the closest garage, they managed to source and fit the part we needed within a couple of hours and at such a good price, thank you so much again it was very appreciated

Dropped our overheating, elderly, VW Polo off at this garage on a Sunday with a follow-up call to explain the situation and authorise repairs. As I did not have a booking I was informed that it would be several weeks before they could attend to it. This was not a problem. Discussed the car's overheating issue suggesting that the water pump or thermostat or both needed replacing. Several weeks later I get a call to collect the car as holidays were scheduled. I arrived to be informed that the thermostat had been replaced however there was a heater issue. Anxious to head back to Glasgow I paid my £400 bill and headed south. 41 miles later, the car suffered a major overheating issue causing it to fail. I eventually limped to Bridge of Allan where the car literally died (cylinder head issues ). Thus my 1 star rating for the lack of diagnostic skills and costs. Perhaps the rush to holiday generated the wrong work focus?

My campervan suddenly sprang a dramatic fuel leak from a probable rodent chewed fuel filter pipe, and I called Pitlochry garage in a bit of a panic. Both Rab and his wife were so welcoming and helpful, despite my impromptu arrival during an obviously busy afternoon. Rab quickly sorted out the repair, and I was back on the road without delay, or an extortionate bill! Our car engine warning light came up while on holiday, was showing a misfire. We got the AA out and diagnosed was a damaged spark plug lead. The recovery team were unable to fix until a week later.These guys got us sorted with the part the next day hours after phoning so we could continue our trip. Also the cost was fantastic. At extremely short notice at closing time on a miserable Tuesday night In December, the garage helped one of my drivers out without question and without moaning. They waited for him to arrive and stayed an hours or so past closing time to make sure that we could continue on our journey - thank you!!

We had a puncture and had to be towed. Called this garage to see if they had our tyre in stock and if they would be able to squeeze us in. No issues arrived and tyre was changed in 30 minutes. Excellent service very friendly mechanic and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Thank you for rescuing us ?

My daughter and I had a problem whilst travelling home with the exhaust on her car. We turned up without notice at Pitlochry Garage and the mechanic very kindly advised us on the safety of the car when driving. He was clearly very busy but made time for us. Thank you.
