The cheese cake was one of the best we have tasted. Coffee and hot chocolate were nice but we have had better. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Big portions of cakes and very fresh. Lemon cake was nice but wouldn't pick again. Very clean and great decor, worth a visit when in area. It is on the expensive side but a lovely treat.

You can't visit Pitlochry and not visit Hetties... great and friendly service, lovely coffees and truly scrumptious scones (with cream and jam...of course) i wasnt gonna post a pic of the scone... but was quickly gone..lol... if you want friendly service and delicious food get to hetties

Booked afternoon tea at Hettie?s as a treat for my Mum?s 80th Birthday yesterday. We were staying in Pitlochry for a couple of days and wanted to do something special. The tearoom is a lovely environment, it was busy but didn?t feel crowded. The quality of food was amazing and everything tasted delicious. The afternoon tea included sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche, scones (with Jam, Cream & Butter in tiny pots on the side) and an ample selection of cakes as well as 2 drinks per person. I can honestly say we couldn?t even finish it and had to take some home for later ?
Clare and the team were so lovely and even sang Happy Birthday to my Mum as they brought the cakes etc out.
I?d highly recommend booking a table in advance so that you?re not disappointed on the day, even if you?re not having afternoon tea. They also offer a takeaway service if that is preferred.

Tried carrot cake which was a bit too sweet but moist and yumm. Iced coffee and gingerbread latte were too good. Lovely cute tea room.

This was our second visit to Pitlochry, we passed thru last year on our honeymoon and were excited to return.
We stumbled across Hettys tea room last year and despite being very busy we were found a nice table and enjoyed fruit scones with jam and cream and a pot of tea.
This year we called in again and were shown to a table where once again we enjoyed fruit scones and tea, we particularly enjoy watching the egg timer that comes with a pot of tea. ?
The staff are very attentive and friendly despite being very busy.
It?s an absolute must to visit, you won?t be disappointed.

Today we had a great lunch in Hettie's tea room. The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant with a good mix of light and happy colors and great art. The staff was very friendly and our food and drinks arrived fast.
The food tasted very well, we had soup, a scone, a tuna & cheese sandwich and ham-cheese panini's. There is a wide selection of teas.
I highly recommend Hettie's tea room for lunch when you're visiting Pitlochry.

Lovely, cosy tearoom with a wide selection of teas, fresh pastries and sandwiches. We ended up going multiple times in one visit, and couldn't get enough of the Cafetella Espresso! The staff were friendly and empathetic, and they even served us a split portion of panini with a generous helping each of their signature pink slaw and salad to accompany.
The tearoom is dog-friendly, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure that visiting dogs are comfortable inside.
If you're a tea drinker or would like to explore herbal teas, Hettie's has a wide selection with a good mix of classics with plenty of unique flavour combinations to choose from, for the curious.
