Fabulous jewellery shop with viewing of the staff creating their masterpieces from Heather and the processes. I bought a beautiful pair of earrings and a broach. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful and unique piece!
My pendant arrived safely and it?s even more stunning in person ? like a little piece of wild Scottish nature captured in silver. The craftsmanship is lovely, and the team was very helpful during the customs process. Thank you for your care and kindness!

Bought a ring at Braemar when I was touring the highlands. The stone fell off on my second day of wearing it. Customer service was brilliant. They got back to me immediately and paid for postage to send the ring back to their warehouse. They sent me a new ring to my home address (outside of the UK). They cleared the custom charges as well.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Heathergems, a while ago I lost the stone from a ring brought a few years ago. On a recent trip to Scotland from the midlands I called in to see if a repair could be done. Not only did they replace the gemstone, they also posted the ring back to me, free of charge, received today. Many thanks to the team at Pitlochry.

How did it all start?
It all started back in 1969, when Hugh Kerr a craftsman from Glenlivet developed the process using heather stems and started making heather jewellery in very small quantities in his own workshop.
In 1969 Hugh Kerr met Charles Buyers, a Glasgow Accountant, who was looking for craft industries to be set up in the Highlands as a project for the then Highlands and Islands Development Board. The board decided that it was not viable, so Charles decided to put his own money behind Heathergems.
Heathergems are stocked in many shops throughout the UK and across the world.
