Two days ago, just before heading off toward the Highlands and Loch Ness, I was served by a lovely lady whose kindness left a mark on me. She had the sweetest eyes, and while rushing around to help us right away, her little hat kept slipping off, a small detail that somehow made the moment even more endearing.
If this message ever finds its way to her, I?d like her to know this: at my age, I?ve come to judge people mostly by first impressions. And in all my time in Scotland, hers is the face I?ll remember the most because she had kind eyes.

Best donut shop in Pitlochry. So bummed we didn?t find this place until our last day here! Our travel friends are donut fanatics and he loved them. Great selection. We tried a triple chocolate stuffed, caramel custard stuffed, strawberry sprinkled, cream filled eclair, and a Belgian bun. I know, a lot, don?t judge?LOL Must try.

Can you believe they charge you for having a seat in the restaurant? I was tired of driving, wanted a quick break and bought a deal. Had to pay for a table, also they charged me wrong for the mussarela bits saying it was not part of the deal? How come? I will never come back to this place. Lack of human touch to deal with people and tourists.

I don't usually go into a Greggs because all the food is very beige and doesn't look very healthy but we bought an egg sandwich and a coffee. It was ok but not the best.

Extremely grumpy staff, spoke to me in rude way just because i was in line and the cashier decided i was too close to the register, or something ridiculous like that.
I am honestly not sure what the issue was... but I left very dissatisfied by the customer service, despite patiently waiting in line for 20 min to pay for a bottle of soda

Unbelievable experience as the only food place open early in the morning. One person alone unable to handle queues. That's fine. But then I ordered food and coffee. The woman was coughing without covering her mouth inside the coffee cup. Absolutely disgusting and unhygenic. She got mad when I tried to cancel the coffee, and threw away the sandwiches in the bin. Unhinged, should be fired.

Unfortunately this Greggs always seems under staffed and so service is often very slow or even non-existent! This morning is a good example, there were only 2 staff members visible and I was told by the person serving me that he didn?t have time to cook vegan sausages today (even if I came back later) because he was doing the job of two people. I don?t doubt him, just a shame it?s always vegetarian that looses out - often find this situation.Vegetarian options: In theory but staff often treat it as an if they can get round to doing it thing. Guess if they?re not vegetarian it doesn?t matter to them
