Absolute disgrace of a place this is, wife bought a £50 voucher for to get her hair coloured with two colours then needed an extra £20 to get it all done, hair was done by a trainee who done a black on hair but the black didn't take to my wife's hair obviously not mixed properly, then a purple on the top of hair, wife washed her hair two days later for the black to wash out again and the purple to case alot and go blondish again, when asking for money back the company decided they wouldn't answer their phones and very hesitant to give the money back, the trainee want even supervised when clearly she shouldn't even have been in the place at all, especially for taking 7 hours to do to colours in hair. Even she was reluctant to give some money back and very hesitant to answer her phone or company phone, so definitely won't be going back near the hair dressers after that bad experience

Rude staff, tired to book a few different appointments with them through Facebook, with most cases they were saying that they are all booked in and when asked again they would say that the therapist/hairdresser doesn't take new clients, when a couple friends of mine were taken in by them even as new clients.
