Horrendous services, parcel out for delivery today - no delivery attempts ever made today. Not the first time they scan it ?out for delivery today? and don?t show up! Cannot go to the office to collect it unless they make an attempt to deliver, them not showing up at all when promised apparently doesn?t count as an attempt, as explained by their customer services. So if they will keep it for weeks, means you still cannot go in before they decide to make ?an attempt?. Ridiculous!! Will try avoid at all costs

9/10 couriers for this company are brain dead they can't even knock on a door correctly and deliver a package... their main service. I only use this awful service out of convenience and because I'm forced to, but I am now boycotting the royal mail and so should you to further their company into liquidation, use any other shipping company than this!

I don?t write many reviews, but I have to say, Hayden with Royal Mail here in Peterhead, Scotland went above and beyond any expectations. We had difficulty with redirecting a package from Dover, and they had it here the next day. Amazingly quick, easy and excellent customer service!

had to collect a parcel as it had been delivered early so nobody was home to sign for it, went to the sorting office two days later and before i got to the clearly closed office a postman on a break kindly explained that it wasn't open, but would be at 8am till 12noon the next day, got there at 11am and it had already shut at 10am according to another postman, but, he said it would be open on monday 8am till 2pm so at least i didn't have to walk from one end of Peterhead to the other end three days in a row..monday morning around 11ish i got there to find it opened at 8am and closed at 10am..fuming and upset i walked back home in torrential rain and double checked the times online, bizarrely, the times listed on three sites all had different opening/closing times.! next morning i got there before 8am, got my parcel and couldn't bear to even open it for two days..not happy that four wasted journeys to and from wouldn't have been necessary if the open till times were on the missed mail card like the good old days or even if they updated their details online..

Polite staff but ridiculous to change Monday opening hours without putting it on the Non Delivery postcard. Especially on a Monday. You will have your reasons but in future please publish the changes of opening times a little more widely.
