Came into Quantum to build my gaming PC up, staff was originally friendly to start with and after a day or so picked it up, the staff member who built it left one SSD in the old case after saying what we want over. Said on the phone can I do it myself- erhh no that's what I paid for. Took it back but soon as I started the PC sounded like a rocket. Took it back the next day and the attuide changed with the staff and the lad who built it was all of a sudden off work sick ( very supicious ). Took it else where to checked over etc and the lad never stress tested and never used the BIOS. For £50 an hour, stay clear as they really don't know what they are doing with gaming PCs and to sort out a problem it's when they can be bothered basically.

They replaced a failed Mac within 6 working days. Ordered in a new one and reinstalled everything including most of the passwords. You can't go past that level of service especially when the prices was right! we have found this level of service from them over the last 20 years of using them
