I live in the countryside and I'm 67 i have a bad internet connection so i can't use internet banking the nationwide app has stopped working and when i phoned for help i was told that they don't do telephone banking so i decided i would have to make the trip to my nearest branch which is a round trip of over 20 miles only to find out that they are only open between the very limited hours of 10 am till 2pm a novel response to a national crisis make yourselves less helpful outstanding effort people.
