Home delivery foods becoming a disgrace. Rotten vegetables in my order again today. It's not on Morrison's. Check your produce. It's not always easy to check it when unloading the produce quickly at home and the person in the van is away before you can call them back. We should be able to trust our food delivery not have to inspect it. This is definitely far from the first time I've had problems. It's becoming a regular occurrence. Have you no pride in what you deliver to your customers? Get a grip! Anyway, too late for this customer because I'm shopping elsewhere in future.

Visited Morrisons Peterhead cafe with my disabled partner and my 2 teenage daughters on a Tuesday afternoon. Ordered meals using the touchscreen panel (nowhere near the tables to get a table number) and paid contactless. No receipt!
When this screen told us to collect the sandwich, cookie, tea, coffee and orange juice from the fridge, we TRIED! Tea and coffee mugs were available but the machines are out of sight around the corner.
The sandwich choice did not match anything in the fridge. The cookie was only available as a twin pack. The orange juice was not the brand ordered. Then we went to the cafe checkout to ask assistance.
The checkout operator started to tally up what was currently on the tray before we had chance to say anything then blamed us for not saying anything! Basically told what was in the fridge was what they had.
When seated, the other meals arrived quickly, decent sized portions and were pleasant enough. There was a lack of sachet condiments apart from salt, pepper and vinegar. The fish and chips were excellent, the bean chilli was enjoyed but the rice was bland and the chicken pakora were enjoyed.
Prices are reasonably cheap for a sit down meal but I was disappointed at £2.50 for half a cup of warm coffee. The total came to £32.50 for 3 meals and a sandwich deal.
To top off this stressful visit, when we left we found someone had run into my car damaging the front wing while parked outside of the door and left without saying anything.
As this was meant to be a quick meal between opticians appointments and flu jabs, we did not need the stress or extra expenses incurred and I doubt we will be back.
