Kind ladies and very helpful :) unlike the hospital, came in one day and received my antibiotics for my ear, but the hospital would take weeks ans weeks just for at the end for you to receive your antibiotics, thank you again for whoever served me ??

Went in for a strep test. They treated me like I was a drug addict trying to get prescription medication. After being told that I ?do not for the criteria? to get a swab test for strep, I asked if I could pay out of pocket for a test. I was told flatly, ?no.? Followed again by, ?You do not meet the criteria.?
There is an over the counter test for Strep A. They did not offer it to me. They only told me that I did not meet the criteria for a test.
I bought the test from Tesco and it was positive. So thanks for nothing Buchanhaven Pharmacy! If I could give you 0 stars I would.

Lovely welcoming staff. I needed a pharmacist consultation and went to a pleasant and spacious room. Was attended by trainee pharmacist (4 years of university already) and diagnosed with explanation. She then consulted the pharmacist before returning g with appropriate medications and advice. Very civilised, very efficient and little delay. Thank you ?
