Asda Peterhead is a fantastic one-stop shop with a great range of products to suit all your needs. Whether you're doing your weekly grocery shopping or looking for something specific, they?ve got it all?from fresh food and drinks to clothes, greeting cards, make-your-own pizzas, office supplies, and tech.
The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring you can easily find what you?re looking for. Their customer service really makes a difference!
If you?re in Peterhead and need a reliable supermarket that offers variety and great service, Asda is definitely worth a visit.

The customer service in Asda is perthetic I'm not saying all staff are like that there are plenty that would go out of there way to help but some of the female staff members just sit there and chat, even if u are needing help they would rather speak to themselves then help out a customer

Sad dated shop with no butcher or bakery. Seems to have a constant leak in its roof. Staff are constantly blocking the aisles with trollies and boxes. Where'd all the benches go? Round the back for the smoking staff. Next to the air con(?) unit that sits slanted on a dodgy looking bracket over the walk way to the liney. Looks dangerous. The café is a glorified shed. Decent stuff but who wants to sit in a metal container? Kids constantly being a pain around the entrance. Leaving litter and food everywhere. We've slipped coming down by the bank machine due to fluids on the path from motorcycles parking on the pavement, why?! Bring back the left exit for the car park. You can't see past the bushes when pulling out. Very dangerous.
It's a fine shop if you need something quick. Otherwise go to Morrisons.

I visited asdas on Friday 14th April at 11am and proceded to the self service checkout after filling my basket .As so often happens an error occurred after scanning my first item I waited for an assistant to assist but after a few minutes still noone came over I approached an assistant for help but she responded that she was busy and asked if I was in a hurry.Yes I responded as I was only for her to offer me her security tag to clear the error myself.Its not my job to do this and I told her so The assistant seemed in no hurry to deal with me so I decided to leave my shopping and exit the store as I was in a hurry Shop service is very poor and often people are waiting ages with no assistants in sight Very unhappy with poor customer service.

two orders for delivery desperately needed, only 3 mins away from the store never delivered. have phoned, been on line chat, phoned local store but no answer from there either. what is going on????
