Went in today last minute to get some nintendo switch controllers, however they werent in stock. Karrie came over and offered help and found some in stock in Fraserburgh nearby. Really grateful for her help and kindness!

Terrible service. Ordered a tumble dryer, waited a week and went to collect it and was told it had never been ordered in. Ordered it again and once again waited a week, to be told the order had been cancelled. The store colleague spoke very poorly to me, as if it was my issue not theirs. Will not be purchasing from Argos again. Plenty of other places to purchase from.

Argos never has any stock in Aberdeen so had to travel to peterhead which was the worst experience ever. I walked into the store which there was to colleagues at the back of the store leaning on the barrier which you have to stand in to que. I said I had a return. I was served by 1 collauge and a trainee. The colleague Dominika had such a bad attitude it was unbelievable. I explained that the toaster and kettle were faulty. She was trying to show off and think she had authority infrastructure of the trainer. Dominika took the toaster basically calling myself a liar and said she had to go plug it in to try it. Except she couldn't see the fault (if she did plug it in) as she had no bread to test it. I have never heard or saw Argos go plug anything in to try it. The trainee checked the kettle and started to process the refund but when Dominika came back she again did not trust her collauge who checked the kettle went and checked. As there was a speck of water in the kettle refused the refund. Dominika has a very bad attitude and no customer service at all. She told me not asked me to put my card in the reader which I believed to be for the refund only to be told she was just checking I had the card with me. Then to take it out and put it in again for the refund. She told me I would not be able to return the kettle as it had been used . How else are you meant to try something to see if it works. She then got her manager none of them new what 25% of £39.99 was he was swicking me £10 . Then I purchased a pair of earrings online and when Dominika gave them to me there was nothing in the box that female is an absolute joke who should not be working with the public. I took the kettle back to Aberdeen and got it refunded after she told me I wouldn't she lied . As I was leaving the store she shouted across the store in a sarcastic voice thanks bye then thinking I had left the area went to her manager and started speaking about me which I heard as I was outside the shop talking to someone. They both turned there backs and kept talking. If I could give -stars I would stay clear of Peterhead Argos don't get served by Dominika as you will get problems and not get your items

Never have anything you want in stock and to put the icing on the cake when you go online and try ordering for delivery, they always refuse to deliver to Peterhead and surrounding areas. Instead they expect you to travel 15 miles to Fraserburgh. What was the point in opening a store in Peterhead?? Sick of this store, never again!!
