I was helped out by Euan. He was very quick to fix my phone. Goes to show that help from a real person in a shop is far better than online or over the phone. They will be keeping my business.

Couldn't be any less helpful.
I'm regretting leaving 3 who would go over and above to help out.
The employee was more interested in rushing to get back to aimlessly scrolling on his mobile.
Walked past the shop 30 minutes later and there he was, still in the same position, scrolling on his mobile.
