I got horrid customer service from the 1 shopkeeper, i had packages to collect at this pick up point. The man seemed to not understand I had 2 packages and said i can only have 1, these are my paid for items mind you. He finally gave me both. Both were huge boxes bigger than i expected so asked if i could get a bag, pay for it obv, he said he doesn have bags, and when i said he gave the last customer a bag he said i need to pay for it but he doesnt accept card, i realised these big bixes had wasted space and a smaller boxninside so asked if i can open them and just carry the smaller boxes, putting the exess in the bin, he started telling me to get out, NO! GET OUT!

Purchased a vape from here through snappy shopper this morning and within under 12 hours it had died I phoned the shop and the man was the opposite of obliging was quite rude to me on the phone told me they don?t issue refunds for vapes etc I said to him it could just be a bad batch as it has happened to me before from other stores and he just wouldn?t take me on then hung up on me without even slightly trying to help I will not be ordering from here again and if your wise you should not either ? rude Arrogant folk

Always find the staff in this shop to be friendly and helpful.Also, when ordering shopping for Delivery, they?re accurate and on time.Very convenient when I don?t have time to do a big shop at the supermarket.They provide a really good service with the added bonus of The Post Office being available whenever the shop is open. Fantastic ?

I like this shop and the customer service is usually good however prices have went up on quite a few items in the last few weeks which is t convenient as the best one should have best prices

Travelled miles to this shop as it was an booked Amazon drop off point. The minute I stepped in the shop I got the stare from the shop keeper. Got told the machine is broken so go away. I asked when is it likely to be fixed and why was it still taking bookings. Don't know, don't care just go. Thanks for the rude customer service and atrocious attitude. If you don't want amazon's business then don't offer it.

How can anyone say this shop is cheating you!! They have a minimum spend for contactless due to the fact that their supplier of card machine charges them for all transactions. No-one gets charged more for the goods they are purchasing. They only ask you kindly to spend £2. If you have a debit card then you have the option to withdraw freely from your account using the post office service. Please note also that as from today the new owners have reduced the minimum spend to £1 for contactless even though the charges to them remain the same

Often damaged goods aswell as selling multipack items individually, overpriced, and in general just poor quality. This is a last resort, don't shop here.

This is the best David sands i have ever been in.The building itself used to be a house and i think that it is a nice building to look at. The staff members are actually nice in this one.They don't have a bakers but the selection of food and drink is ok.They have all the basics such as bread,milk etc.Like other David sands the prices are a little higher here than other places but the shops are in easy to reach places.They think 25 in these shops so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 make sure you have id with you.
