Went to get a large amount of cash out today and was told the teller closed at 4. Shocking as nothing online about this. Why open til 5 if you are only guiding people to cash machines after 4?

Too belt and braces now. All machines over one wall and one teller on duty who said I had to have an appointment to , what I consider , used to be simple ! My uncle was chief teller at the Tay street TSB branch and my husbands uncle was branch manager of TSB Cupar Angus Branch . These were the good old days in banking ! When there was a manager !

Been waiting for someone to phone me about POA for 3 months but keep getting told that "we are busy helping customers right now " head office have left emails for them to get in touch but no response. Not good enough for TSB the customer service has gone down hill badly

Not much point in trying to call the Perth branch - they don't take any calls at all. Trying to assist my frail elderly parents who need to speak to the bank, by trying to save them a trip to the bank but they literally NEVER answer the telephone. COVID is not an excuse for failing to answer the phone (September 2020 - the branch is open normal trading hours). Zero concept of customer service. Been tying to get through to them on the phone for 3 days solid.

Poor show TSB! After breaking down on my motorcycle today, you refused to transfer MY money to breakdown company leaving me stranded miles from home with no cashpoint any where near me. I and my family will be closing all our accounts on Tuesday.

The fire alarm went off today. Clearly there was no fire but it was " get out now- this is not a choice" when I queried it. I was ALSO told that a cheque for 17k was unrecoverable last year. Head office apologised and gave me compensation for the distress caused so 5stars to them!
