Very poor customer service. The woman with the purple hair snd piercings was very abrupt snd rude. Customer service is clearly not part of the service with this store. Avoid. I was forced to give 1 star. They actually deserve no stars

The 2 guys working there were a great help. Knew what they were talking about and made it all pretty easy when buying all my gear. Also my friend was buying boots with Vibram soles and she had the same feeling. Went on an 8 mile walk right after buying and everything worked well. I think Trespass is a bit underrated. The DLX stuff really good too. Probably not a lot of people know but Trespass is owned by a company based in Glasgow so I found it good to support a company based in my home city.
