Asked for a delivery on the Wednesday. Could not do it but said they could on the Friday. Not ideal as I'm paying workers at the site to wait for the delivery. But I agreed and paid for the product. On the Friday (today), no show from the delivery. Not even a call to inform me. I called them and they simply told me the driver had gone to some other customer. There was no apology, just a matter of fact this is the situation for you. I said that if not today it would absolutely need to be tomorrow morning. I was told it would not be possible. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket for paying workers. I could have bought the product from another supplier. Shocking service.I wrote the above on Friday and post my posting this review the delivery took place on Saturday morning. The driver, Alan, was very friendly and accommodating. I should also have said that the initial sales man I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The service of both stock ,delivery and assistance was first class. I cant praise all the staff and delivery drivers highly enough. Travis Perkins Perth is very well managed and I would recommend anyone to use their services for all buildings supplies.

Fantastic place for all your domestic and new build needs. Prompt delivery and great staff. Can?t fault it. I?d get the sack ?? we try to get the delivery done no matter what the weather is like.

I have waited in all day for a delivery for it not to happen was I advised of I have just phoned to find out what happened when I was told lorry was in the garage but they didn't bother too tell customers no idea when delivery will take place unacceptably

Every quote I get from them is between 10 and 20% higher than other TP branches. They don't match quotes from other branches. Having to buy somewhere else. Too expensive.
