It's a Travelodge, not the best, not the worst. Staff ok, room comfortable but didn't smell completely fresh.

Hotel was fine in general other than lack of staff on reception.
Main issue was the smell of cannabis in the hallways and room, it absolutely stank for 2 nights in a row and nothing got done about it.

Budget friendly
Hotel - which is clean , friendly and is Great as a basic stop over! So highly recommend if your looking for a basic stop over

Service was really good unfortunately somtimes you have to wait a while to get a hold of reception, rooms were nice but would be better with more sockets to charge phones.

Stayed here overnight for a work trip. Fine enough but nothing fancy which is what you expect. The soap dispenser for the shower didn't work, which is a nuisance to find out when you're in the shower.
Location is great though, ideally situated for most travelling around the country.

Not the best location unless all you are looking for is a quick overnight just off the motorway. No hot breakfast available as the Harvester doesn?t open early but you could have a McD if you want. Breakfast box available but it?s pretty poor tbh. Overall OK for a one night but nothing else. Had to search for staff in the morning to get my booked breakfast box.

13 August 2025 we arrive, the way the reception talk is someway rude, maybe they can say the word please if she want the door close. And if someone don't know how to use the card on opening the door they can tell it nicely with nice tune and not sarcastic. It is the lady in afternoon shift duty last 13 August 2025t, don't know the name but please train her to be professional and more friendly. She is the one with long straight hair.

Cheap and cheerful, staff nice and friendly and the usual standard travel lodge room, only complaint are the showers could do with a bit more pressure and getting rid of the awfull shower curtains that just want to stick to you (this is not just specific to this location but for all travel lodges)

We had a horrible stay, the walls had marks all over them, dust everywhere barely clean, yellow mattress, mold on the carpet and stains

?? The staff kept wedging the fire doors open. It's really not that difficult to follow fire safety rules. So much could go wrong.
?? Window wouldn't open, room was very warm.
?? No sockets near the bed.
? Bed itself was comfy.
? Convenient location.
? Quiet at night.
