The guys here are great, super friendly and nothing is a problem. I had two items i needed to return, one faulty and one I bought the wrong thing and they exchanged them with ease. Very grateful for that. There?s a screwfix near by but I find my local Perth branch staff are patronising, impatient and not helpful which is why I?ll choose Toolstation first. Just my experience.

The staff in the Perth branch are very helpful and provide excellent advice about avaliable or alternative products.
The click and collect service is very efficient. The staff are also helpful at reminding me of any additional fixings I may need to complete a job.

Walked in - an hour before closing - 7pm - and was met with smiling faces and a warm welcome. Both David and Scott were extremely pleasant to deal with. It makes such a change. There was a warm and helpful atmosphere. It really lifted my day.Having been around business and management a lot, I noticed David?s care for and knowledge of his team. It must be a great branch to work in.Very good knowledge of products and delivery schedules; delighted to be able to get a tool that was hard to track down, and know when it was coming into stock. Something that could not be done online.These are genuinely good people who make you feel that nothing is too much trouble, and you would want to come back again and again.

Went there while on holiday bc some things in my Air BnB needed a fix. Great service, an employee came right up to me to offer his assistance, gave me recommendations and even tried to explain how to fix certain things when i told him laughingly that i had no clue what i was doing. I managed to not break anything any further but to actually fix them! ?Thank you, David.
