The staff at this shop need serious improvement. My partner purchased a jacket here in December, complete with a full receipt. It was slightly too big, so he returned it, only to be falsely told that he didn't buy it from your store, resulting in a refusal of his refund. This is unacceptable. Your customer service experience was horrific, especially given that he had undeniable proof with the receipt. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.
