Today I decided to visit tiso in Perth to buy a waterproof jacket and trousers When I got there I decided to look about first to see what they had After roughly deciding what jacket I thought would be right for me i decided to go and look for a member of staff to give me advice having spotted a couple members of staff they decided to look away and not even ask if they could help me not a good experience at all but it's their loss of a good sale the jacket I was interested in was £800 very very poor customer service

After wanting to do more hikes next year, I decided to visit Tiso Perth to get fitted for some winter boots.
Not a great selection on the shelves but I eventually found a pair I liked, so I wanted to be fitted correctly for them.
I spoke to a staff member who appointed someone to help me out in trying them on. Upon this staff member who was appointed to help, didn't seem the slightest bit interested in helping whatsoever.
My feet were never measured and a guess was made upon my trainer size.
After trying on 2 sizes and not being happy with the fit, the staff member lost all interest in helping me find the correct size and so I walked out not long after.
I went elsewhere to a family run shop who were more than happy to size me up and find the correct size for me, and so, I made a purchase at this shop instead.
Not a great experience in the slightest and maybe he wasn't actually capable at the task in hand.

Been here a few times recently to purchase expensive gear and every time we feel judged by staff. Don?t know if it?s because we?re not middle-aged or that we don?t look like typical anoraks, but staff were watching our every move blatantly. When we went to the till, staff almost looked awkward to serve us despite wanting to spend hundreds of pounds. Maybe a bit of training to make staff personable?

Hi..was at cafe today at Perth Tiso..with my wife and brother with his wife..waited15 before we were served ordered 3 breakfasts and one portion of toast..waited another 20 mins and got breakfasts and my wife could not eat hers it was so cold the other 2 was much the same so we never ate much..very disappointed with meals and service..my wife only paid for 2teas and my brother only paid for his coffee..would never go back to the cafe again the shop itself is lovely and the people..but the staff in the cafe being honest could not give a dam..please look into this for me..thanks..

I was doing a little job on my motorcycle near the shop and went into the store on the off-chance Tiso might have some little bolts i desperately needed. Although the store don?t sell hardware as such, the man (possibly the manager) went out his way to have a rummage in the workshop in an effort to help and came back with the perfect little bolts I needed to keep me moving. I?m very grateful for his help, a lot of people may have not been so helpful. I appreciate his kindness. So thanks for your effort. Also, a nice store.
