Chris did an amazing job today! I took my jimmychoo heels in this morning, as one heel was fully broken & the other falling off (not feeling confident much could be done). He said to leave them with him whilst I did my shopping .. 30 minutes later the heels were fixed (new heel ends replaced to match original colours perfectly) and all for £15! Delighted - excellent service

I received great service from Timpsons when returning Doc Marten boots to the manufacturer, through Timpsons, to be re soled. They came back in two weeks and were perfect. The member of staff was helpful and efficient.

Took my limited edition watch in for a battery replacement, they broke the internals in front of me, sent it away for repair came back saying unrepairable. On top of that not even my watch!! Different colour of date in the face. When Asked what we do now?(as want my watch sorted/replaced) said he didn't know. So still without my watch and am pretty angry and upset about this.no contact numbers for timpson headquarters to find out, absaloutly gutted!!!
