Went into Timpson Shop outside Asda to get battery in my watch. I was quoted £34 to change a battery and also informed that it was not only for the battery that I was paying for, but for his time as well. I found the shop assistant very rude with a not interested attitude.AVOID this shop if you are looking for good Customer Service.Managed to get watch battery changed for £10 at local jewellers.

Took boots in to see if they could be fixed, also needed a watch strap. Robert took boots and watch and asked me to go back in half an hour. Boots have been well stitched and watch had a new strap, will definitely go back in future.
