Staff are helpful but the amount of pallets and boxes around the store and down the middle of the aisles is insane and makes it look a mess.

Always loved the Range, but today I searched for charcoal pencils, none to be found I thought I had found them when female assistant shouted me but she had found chalk, probably my accent I said.
Visited again today, what a disaster most of the aisles were blocked with stock waiting to be put away,my wife has to use a trolley because she is bad on her legs up and down extra lanes doesn't help, the queue for the checkout also is a disaster I think the place is going down hill, maybe new management, I don't know but it's not what it was.
