Ordered mix grill (steak was good ,chips cold and stale chicken extremely dry gammon steak was dry sausage was cold and black pudding like a hockey puk)
Partner got a steak ( steak was good again . We recieved an onion nest I think that had been found on bottom of fryer it was pure black and burnt and they served that's .
Also 2 kids meals again steak was good chips stale beans cold and corn cold
Also the table we got was grubby and sticky
Really not happy about the experience

What a fantastic place for a meal! The venue is lovely, the food was fresh, hot and delicious, and my server Lesley was absolutely gorgeous! My only regret was not having dinner here on my first night in Perth.

Lovely pub, great food & came super fast! Server was Lauren who was lovely! If staying in Perth would definitely recommend. Reasonable prices too.

Popped in for breakfast one morning. Very good food and a reasonable price. Service was good and drink prices were on the lower side. I would go back again.

It was very quiet we went during the day food was lovely arrived quick . We ordered dessert it took forever to arrive I actually had to chase it up it arrived it was lovely the wait ruined it a little . Wouldn't put me off going back though .

Dropped in for some lunch and we had the garlic mushrooms and Nashville char-grilled beef burger. Had fish fingers on kid's menu so our wee one was happy. Absolutely delicious food and filling, good portion size. The place was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful meal at The Maltings this evening. Everything we ordered was cooked to absolute perfection ? from the tender steaks in our mixed grills to the deliciously gooey Camembert. Every bite was bursting with flavour, and the presentation was spot on.
A special mention must go to Lauren, our waitress, who was an absolute star. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly helpful with recommendations, and had such a lovely, friendly manner that made us feel completely at home.
It?s rare to find both fantastic food and exceptional service in one place, but The Maltings delivered both in abundance tonight. We?ll definitely be back ? and we?ll be asking for Lauren!
