Millie has an abundance of experience and knowledge taking time to get to know me and what I want for my hair. I am so pleased I chose the cutting room as its the best experience I have had yet from a hairdresser! My hair is the best style yet and aiming for the best condition too. I feel so comfortable with the surroundings and staff, I can't wait to return in January!

I had the pleasure of spending time with Jess. She was professional from the beginning and I felt pampered until the end of treatment: coffee with a cookie, hand peeling, head massage while washing and finally a beautiful cut with an amazing copper color! Jess did a terrific job today. My colour was expertly applied. The head massage was beautifully relaxing. She cut my hair just the way I wanted it and her blow drying was great. She is a worthy addition to the team. All the little bonuses were most appreciated from the Welcome Tea, a good coffee while my colour developed and the very effective hand treatment. No wonder I return time and again.
