Very polite, and helpful owners, went above and beyond, 100% customer service from me, I would have went to the shop and bought them, but my mobility is ziltch, better from a florist, freshly made up, delivered with care,my friend loved her flowers especially the butterfly, which was an added bonus,she is going to keep forever, I would highly recommend this florist,Also phoned back to make sure they were delivering to the correct address as I can't remember addresses only know where I am goingThank you so much for you help, as I find it, very difficult to communicate with others, made the experience for myself, less stressful i cant thank you enough, delivered the same day too

Placed an order for a Bouquet and have to say I was delighted with the experience. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and considering the order was placed just before 2pm and delivered by 3pm - That is what I call great service - prompt and professional.
