Been shopping at this Tesco for business supplies (champagne, chocolates etc) for almost a year. Had a terrible experience today with Amy who said she was a manager and two other female clerks. Was refused service of alcohol even though I provided my identification. Overall staff were appalling. Very rude. I now shop at Aldi for all business needs. Horrible staff costing their company good trade.

The self service machines only accept card and they don't ever have someone working on the normal tills for people paying by cash or who can't use self scans.
