Crieff road cafe, had a 30min lunch brake, so thought yum breakfast. Waited 20mins only to be served tepid beans, eggs like rubber, cold bacon and cold hash browns, how can you over cook food and still manage to serve it cold. Had better microwave food. Didnt have time to complain as i had to get back to my job. Pure waste of £9.50 for disgusting food. Shame on you. Wont be spending another penny in tesco cafes after this... And they dont even to acknowledge any of our issues.

I would like to highlight both COLEEN and ADAM, from the Tesco Mobile Phone Counter, who gave my husband and I Top Class service today. We are on holiday in Perth for a few days and both of us were having problems with our mobile phones. Both Coleen and Adam worked as a good team and, after persisting, managed to pinpoint and rectify our phone difficulties. Very Well Done Coleen and Adam! What a great asset you are to Tesco! Many thanks indeed - it was a pleasure to deal with you both. (Tesco, please take note and hold on to these conscientious workers.) Kathleen Pirie

The self checkout ladies are clearly in charge in this store. They stand about like grumpy bouncers doing hee haw, moaning about other staff members and avoiding customers at all costs. A few too many useless items in bagging area in this store.

Been to this Tesco's a lot recently due to current work location. The rd in is a bit confusing at first visit and doesn't help that all road markings are just about totally faded away. Duty of care and all that. Considering the vast sums of profit they make they could re-do road markings.

Dear Tesco thanks for changing your fruit and veg display at the Crieff Road branch. It makes it difficult for anyone in a mobility scooter or wheelchair as they cannot reach the back of the display boxes. Well done whoever thought that was a good idea

Don't bother using the self checkouts if you don't fancy standing around trying to get the attention for approval from staff too busy loudly chatting and cackling away to eachother with their backs turned towards the tills or playing on their phones by the scan as you shop part. Most of the younger staff members and folk on the later shifts are friendly, pay attention and actually do their jobs well but if you're unfortunate enough to have this shop on your route to work like myself almost every day in the morning you're faster using a manned till if it's the 2 usual suspects working (both older and wear glasses, one with short blonde hair and the other with longer straight black hair). I overheard them shouting to other staff that they were separated a wee while ago and it was the best thing for them since it seemed to force them to pay attention but that didn't last too long and I know for a fact people have started avoiding this shop like a plague due to the lack of customer care and they're quickly getting a name for themselves.
