Your petrol station staff are lovely especially the two women who were on tonight when I was having an issue with my company fuel card, having to get home for my daughter in hospital and just very stressed I got a hug and a coffee and they could not have been more helpful. I hope they are rewarded for their kindness towards me. Xx

Really disappointing service by Crieff Road petrol station staff member. When I arrived at the station, there was a sign attached to the pump stating "pay at kiosk only". No problem at all, happy to do that. The young man (couldn't see his name badge unfortunately) was just downright rude. He was slumped across the counter, chewing gum like a cow chewing the cud. He clearly couldn't be bothered. When I say he didn't speak a word, I mean nothing. No please, no thank you, no pump confirmation, no "do you need a receipt with that?" no price confirmation, no instruction for either Clubcard or payment. Nothing. I cannot abide people that can't be bothered. What perception does that give of Tesco? His counterpart on the other hand couldn't have been nicer to the lady she was serving. Take a leaf young man, take a leaf. Tesco, have a word. The one star is for the female counter assistant that gave some credible service.

I am sickened at the callous attitude in fining my elderly mother for ?taking too long to shop?. The shop is enormous and poorly laid out - especially for those with mobility issues. Really appalled.

Standard Tesco petrol station.But, I had an incident a few months back where the seal on the pump was broken and the petrol leaked onto my shoes. The initial response was some paper towels and to give me a £5 reduction in the petrol I did get... Considering I only had about £7.00 on the screen when I noticed it was leaking and the majority of it was on the floor. I said I wasn't paying as I don't even think I got £2.00 in the tank. The woman then took about 10 minutes to call a manager and take details from me. She couldn't do anything else for me and sent me to the customer service kiosk in the main store... Then took another 15 minutes of people not sure what they were doing and eventually I said I I wasn't paying for the petrol and I want compensated for my shoes as they were new. I had receipts to prove they were only a week old. The women wanted to give me half of the amount because she found a second hand pair on E-Bay... Used I might add! I asked to sepak to a manager who eventually agreed to give me the full amount but demanded I return with my old shoes. Not happening. Haven't used the pumps or the store since. Not customer focused whatsoever. Huge waste of time as well.

Good location, no ATM but there is some located outside the Tesco store which is a few hundred metres away.

Far too many customers in the store, no thought for personal space, very few wearing masks, new layout of the store is not ideal for social distancing as everyone seems to be congregating in the same areas, checkouts were busy with long queues and also very grubby. Not great when you have to pick up a divider. Sanitation points in store are almost non existent and the one at the door was grotty. All in all not a very pleasant experience

I filled UP with Petrol back in February. I've been going to this Petrol Station for Over 20yrs. Unfortunately My Experience Was SHOCKING!!. THE Young Staff Were very Rude, Un-cooperative & Extremely Inexperienced.

We love going to tesco petrol station when the price is cheap. And we do are shoppingAt the same time.The staff are always helpfull at the petrol staton and at the store
