The customer service here was exceptional and so was the quality of the flooring. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff in Perth. All very friendly and helpful, no matter how many times I changed my mind and asked for different quotes. Will definitely buy from here again. Cannot recommend enough

Got vinyl fitted in my kitchen, cutting in wasn?t the best, it has lifted in places, bubbled too they didn?t do it under the kickboards and I wasn?t made aware of this until they had finished as I would have preferred under as the finish is better. where they cut around the washing machine keeps popping out. Phoned shop while waiting for someone to have a look we all caught covid so we just left it. Don?t know how they would have fixed ripped edges and parts cut away leaving small holes anyway. Not the best job but not the worst I suppose. Wouldn?t use again.

Rear Access area retail access only not for members of the public.I have been coming here since shop opened about 2 years ago. All members of staff here are friendly and polite.5 star review keep up the good work ?????They have a good selection of wood / laminate flooring carpets and vinyl and accessories underlay ect.

I visited this shop recently and the service I recieved was excellent, the staff were able to answer all my questions and the manager went out of his way to ensure I felt welcome and got what I was looking for. The fitters also done an amazing job, I will definitley be purchasing my next carpet from this store.
