Wheelchair accessibility: One manually operated swing door to enter/exit premises at pavement level so there are no steps/ramps to negotiate etc. Plenty of floor space to manoeuvre wheelchairs etc.

I have been to this subway many times before but my experience today was particularly poor I ordered a meatball sub but I was told that they didn?t have any meatballs I then asked for a breakfast sub and was told I would only get half the amount of eggs I then got to the veg and sauce and was told there was not ketchup as I went to pay the lady counted my change wrong and made me pay an extra £1. The person behind me in line proceeded to get ketchup. A truly awefull experience. Bit the man was nice. The ladies name is Vicky.

I usually enjoy subway but the lady at the counter ruined my experience, she was rude, overcharged me by £2 and got my order wrong , The guy was very nice though.

My sandwich was perfect. My partner's sandwich was missing the cheese, sauce and salad, so was essentially a piece of bread with some veggie steak pieces on it. I don't understand how so many elements could have been missed. That is apparently £7 worth of sandwich...

Spent time here during my quick visit to Perth. Tried the Saver menu (half sandwich), it's really worth it and taste good. Spent only 4£ include with a soft drink and a sweet snack.
It also quiet space during lunch time, good for me to have a call during my remote work time.

Ordered 2 x meal deals from here. Did not receive the cookies which are included in the meal deal. Called shop to say that we had not received the cookies and was told to complain to Uber Eats however they were not the ones who made and packed the order so they are not at fault. The fault lies entirely with the staff in the shop. Was told by staff in the shop that there was nothing they could do!! Very disappointed to have paid nearly £30 and not to receive what I paid for and for the staff not to try to rectify their mistake.

Great to have a subway as a treat and enjoyed sybwsys tereaky chicken. Nice and tasty. Friendly staff .

Food was the usual Subway standard but the service was very good and kind. We needed hot water for two Lemsip drinks and the lady didn't hesitate whereas across the road in Greggs they refused to give us hot water, I was prepared to pay but no, apparently they're not allowed.
