Ramon and Aidan gave excellent service to my elderly father. Personally I find Santander's online systems to be good but if, like my father, you prefer a face-to-face service then Santander is a good option for banking.

Excellent bank, staff friendly and polite, easy to use cash machines just great. Wheel chair access as well.
