Far better served having the employee standing at the front door when you come in, being on a cash desk...serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever standing at the front door...put on a desk and move the queues quicker, thats just common sense

Went to bank today to get cash and was closed. No reason given. Checked online and said closed temporarily, no mention how long this would be and reason why. Tried to phone the bank to find out what is going on and couldn't speak to a real person. Shocking customer service.

Great service, but felt so sorry for the girl who meets you on entry, give her a seat, she doesn?t have to be on her feet all the time.

An apology for a "bank". Male greeter is rude, arrogant and pompous. There is clearly no man management or customer service training being provided. Customers are left to queue like a herd of farm animals while staff wander around doing anything but provide a service. This has been going on for some considerable time so one has to assume that this is the modus operandi of RBS.

This is my second attempt to withdraw money at this branch ( a sum larger than the "hole in the wall" allows). The queue was almost out the door, and there was only ONE teller working! All the customers were complaining among themselves but no one other than myself addressed the staff who were wandering about the floor! This is ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE RBS - I shall be closing my accounts forthwith and hope MANY more people vote with their feet!!

Was really surprised today that only one teller was serving whilst other staff were available. A queue formed and a man before me complained. Staff were very pleasant however the staffing at the bank is clearly not fit for purpose. I waited over an hour just for change. I think there is a tacit assumption that because you have so many machines now you dont need many staff - clearly you do! Probably my worst banking experience purely due to the needless ness of the very very long wait. On a Thursday afternoon to - a queue of only 8 people when I first joined, not exactly banking rush hour. Not at all what o expected and kept me away from work for the whole afternoon.

Terrible service and always really long queues. Cash deposit machines are usually out of order and cashiers won't accept lots of change to deposit to your account. Time to change banks!!

Iâ??m disappointed in the service from this RBS in Perth. Iâ??ve been an RBS customer for many years (and a previous business customer) using many of their banks throughout Scotland, but since this bank had its refit, there are less staff to help with queries. You are pointed in the direction of the pay in machines, which is fine if they are 1) working 2) you can work them.

Was driving south from Findhorn and tried to pay a cheque in. Tried Forres, Grantown,Aviemore,Kingussie,Newtonmore. Fibally ended up here. RBS ripping the spine out of banking in the highlands.......dirty ashtray of a company....
