I wanted to thank Karen Russell and Bobby for their help in booking my long distance flights. They managed to get me a great deal and first choice of times that were spot on. I had to travel to Canada for a bereavement in the summer when it was still 'essential travel only'. Bobby was incredibly helpful organising my flights (twice, due to airline cancellations!) and he helped me find accommodation. He answered all of my many questions and took a great weight off me.
