This is a fab budget hotel. However I feel, and our company agreed, it feels a little sole less! Like I stayed a great budget hotel, and a good sleep. Reception feels mechanical and no space to have a cosy wee drink but the breakfast area.
Nearby activities: Great location

Premier plus rooms are good and spacious. Only fault this time was some items of cooked breakfast were just warm in no more.

Same as all hotels in this chain except this time we had the disabled room and it was rather depressing. Breakfast still not great terrible. Very good location and efficient and friendly staff.

Great location , I feel like the overall service at this franchise is bad , the staff just seems like they don?t wanna be there , they treat customers like car parts on assembly line , food was alright, unless you fancy a burger at dinner do not purchase the meal deal . You get better and cheaper food at any other pub or cafe in the area . Very clean and organised like always .
Rooms: Very clean and tidy
Nearby activities: You have the High Street around the corner so plenty of shops /pubs/restaurants.

Great location for Perth, lots of restaurants, shops, museums in easy walking distance. Room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was nice too and I found the staff friendly and welcoming.

We always stay at Premier Inns when possible as you know what to expect normally. However have found very recently that a lot are looking run down and in need of refurbishment. To note Chester Shrewsbury and now having visited, Perth as well. Large water marks on corridor ceilings, musty smell. Curtains in bedroom very faded and nets badly ripped and dirty. Furniture badly knocked and chipped. Our relatives room on the lower floor smelt very musty, like a wet dog smell. Didn't eat there as a really nice place next door and this Premier Inn only has bottles, no proper bar.
The staff however were great, very friendly and helpful.
So Premier Inn pull your socks up as we are thinking twice about booking with you again for our next trip.

We're no strangers to Premier Inn's and have stayed in quite a few over the years, this one wasn't great.
Check in was friendly enough, and the young man we saw was very pleasant.
We went to our room and it was like walking into a sauna, so we turned down the temperature and got ready for dinner.
We were seated and given our drinks, and there we sat...
The restaurant was empty so we wondered what the delay was, and after 15 minutes we were told that the chef hadn't turned up.
It was then down to the young man who checked us in to step up to the plate, literally, and prepare our food.
We'd give him 10/10 for effort but obviously he wasn't a chef.
When we got back to our room it hadn't cooled down, so we turned off the fan as it was blowing out warm air, and it was getting steadily noisier.
Within a couple of hours we woke up due to the heat, so we turned the fan back on and tried to sleep.
Then the gurgling noise from the fan began, and wouldn't stop.
Needless to say we had very little sleep that night, which made our onward journey to the Highlands of Scotland very telling.

Right in the centre of Perth a few minutes walk from shops, art gallery, museum, theatre and concert hall, and near the river. Clean comfortable room, decent breakfast.
Rooms: Premier Plus room with mini fridge and coffee machine. Very comfy bed. Armchair and footstool. Spotless.
Nearby activities: Next to High Street and shopping centre. Art gallery and museum a few minutes walk. Theatre right across the road, concert hall next door.
Walkability: Perth is a very walkable city. The hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the station, and lots of other attractions are nearby.
Food and drinks: Hotel has a small restaurant, good for breakfast. Lots of cafes etc around.

Great location, rooms adequate, clean, fairly comfortable, spacious, and quiet.
Rooms: I do not like bath and shower curtains, give me a walk in shower every time. Beds are ok, but never as comfortable as you expect them to be. Always clean, and fairly spacious. No opening windows in this one, I do like a bit of fresh air.
Food & drinks: The food was alright, and service was quick.

Good size rooms however windows do not open.... had the aircon reset several times and it did not change anything. No fresh air, horrible!
Wifi not stable, constantly disconnecting.
No cold water in the bathroom sink.
Limited services at the front desk.
Very basic breakfast.
Good location.
Rather big car park.
Rooms: Windows do not open

Great location 2 mins walk from the perth concert hall. Nice rooms and parking round it at a reasonable price. Would recommend , only thing that let it down was the restaurant wasn't open at dinner due to lack of staff and the breakfast wasn't upto the normal standard. Other than that usual good standard
