What has happened to this post office? I used to receive great service here with the previous owners but now NO.
On two occasions I have asked for my item's to be tracked, the first was a return the company never received it and I was out of pocket big time. The second was a birthday gift which also hasn't arrived, out of pocket big time again!! PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS if using this post office. I for one won't ever set foot in there again.

Do NOT go here!! Terrible customer service, was scammed £20 when they converted my euros to pounds, when asked for refund, they refused! Super dodgy, please don?t go here for anything, absolutely fuming

The staff here are absolutely brilliant, such great people as well and always willing to help you, they are all an asset the local community and always have a good laugh.
The three of them all work so hard, it?s constant this place and they fly through the customers, proper grafters these lot.
Honestly can?t understand how anyone on here can give a negative review, they?ve maybe went the wrong post office cause it?s definitely not the Muirton one.

Usual service at this place. Woman that served me tutted, shaked her head and blatantly just laughed at me during the transactions. Customer service just on the floor really, less time laughing at people more time helping customers out would be a good start. Not to mention being interrogated for wanting two separate receipts for two parcels going to different places? Can't tell me that's unheard of. Don't normally go out my way to post a bad review but the customer service here is consistently poor and I always leave in a bad mood due to the service I receive.

I like this post office. Staff always helpful and professional. Really don?t understand the negative reviews here. The Royal Mail isn?t what it used to be, maybe people expect a 1950?s service.

This post office constantly makes mistakes and staff members are very rude.A while ago they gave me the wrong label (I asked for tracked shipping and they gave me untracked shipping). When I asked them if I could change the label as it wasn?t what I asked for (offered to pay more as well), they refused to and were quite rude as well.I did submit a complaint and will now submit another one.Just came home after shipping another parcel and noticed they have misspelled the address on my receipt even though I have written it down correctly on the parcel.Would not recommend going here.

Was advised by staff of the most cost-effective way to send a gift/parcel to Ireland and did what was asked. Had full deails of sender on parcel and gave all my contact details over. Over a month later, the item has never received. Very disappointed. Of course, I should have perhaps paid £26 to get it tracked, but really didn't feel that was necessary at the time. I'll never use a direct service from Royal Mail again. What is the point of going to so much effort and putting all your contact details on items, when it makes no difference whatsover? Very disappointed.

Love it..Came here to post a letter to my neighbour.it took me a while to understand the people, as all they were saying was "Hootsmaknoo", "bagpipes" and "kilts"... but I did it in the end.Probs will just walk to the neighbours next time though.
