Spent £1700 on moduleo flooring which was fitted by the sub contracted fitter. It then bubbled up 2.5 years later, leaving the floor lumpy and uneven. A chap from perthshire flooring came out and said he could see the issue but washed their hands of it, leaving us with not only a faulty floor but seriously out of pocket.They tried to blame 'excessive moisture in the sub floor' (my house is ten years old and not a hint of damp or moisture anywhere, as confirmed by the survey from when we bought the house in 2020). All in all, w thoroughly disappointing experience and I'd urge anyone considering using Perthshire Flooring to reconsider.

Just had my whole house carpeted by Perthshire flooring. Excellent service from start to finish. Raymond the salesman took the time with me to choose the right carpets and I did take a long time to decide on exactly what I wanted. The fitting was arranged for times that suited me. A quick professional job was carried out and the fitter tidied up after he had finished. I am very happy with my new carpets, good quality for a good price. Would highly recommend this company. The staff are all very friendly and helpful

Hi I have just had my living room. Floor done and bedroom carpet done with Perthshire flooring. You can?t get better than them. Fantastic. Raymond was a star giving me great advice and service. He arranged the floor fitters which were so pleasant and professional people. This is my fourth time with them. So good .

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS - avoid at all costs!!I paid this company £2,000 to lay carpet on my stairs/two bedrooms and LVT in a small bathroom.The first time the carpet was cut too short on the stairs, they had to come back a second time. After the second time it it was cut to big and caused bumps on around 4-5 stairs which were very noticeable. The fitter attended to fix it and told me off the cuff ?this carpet isn?t very good for stairs? To which this company are now disputing.The ?professional? LVT fitter made an absolute mess of of my small bathroom?Douglas then came to look at it, agreed he could see the issue and called me shortly after to say they would send someone to rectify it. Sent a young lad round 4 weeks later who turned up with no materials saying he had been told just to lift it and relay it. Took about 10 minutes and when I came back to look it was the exact same.Told this company I wanted it properly sorted and was completely fobbed off and told to speak to Karndean. Even though it has nothing to do with them. The product is fine, it?s your useless fitters!Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. After noting my complaint in an email I was told to put it in a letter and send it to their store, where the owner would review it on his return to work in a few weeks! Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone.PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your money with these scammers. I wish I?d gone to Inveralmond carpets now!! Or even Tapi!

Very pleased with my hallway carpet. Staff were lovely, I dealt with Douglas and he was very helpful and accommodating. The carpet fitters were also lovely and very efficient.

Very polished on the sales front, HOWEVER, if you change your mind on any product (Gary the owner) decides that all customer service goes out the window. I received an absolutely appauling response when I contacted the company in relation to faulty product purchase. The response from the owner: rude and not willing to fix or repair! Do your research, this company's business ethics leave a lot to be desired, money first then no care factor

Called into Perthshire flooring today for a new bedroom carpet which we had specific requirements for. Raymond (McRae) was on hand to assist us with his experience and knowledge of carpets and carpet fitting. He found us what we were looking for at an affordable price and was very helpful. Good to deal with someone who knows their product.

The fitters we had were excellent and did a fantastic for us throughout the whole of the property, would use them again and highly recommend!

Excellent service from all staff at Perthshire flooring who fitted out our large Charity Shop. We had to postpone fitting several times because of shop refurbishment taking place but Perthshire Flooring Staff arrived as arranged and completed excellent fitting. Thanks to Nina for her patience.
