Waited in all day for an important delivery. Website status changed to attempted delivery at 16:15. There was no delivery attempted, no card left. Parcel force van never even entered my street. Driver lied about about attempting delivery absolutely shocking service.

Very bad delivery service no more, not keeping the day or time for which I paid extra, after not keeping the announced time the next day, the entire tracking of the shipment was lost, so it was not possible to check when the shipments would really be delivered.

Staff have no idea what?s happening. As the old adage says the left hand doesn?t know what the right hand is doing. Parcel was due to be delivered and returned to depot with no card or any information why. Customer service was non existent to the point they were just repeating information off the tracking page I can already see myself. For the UK?s global import partner for the UPU they are an embarrassment to the public they serve

Parcelforce, were meant make numerous customer deliveries to TK Maxx Dundee and 10.16 on a Satuardy morning, said nobody in store to receive them, Really, just Lazy, driver, been trying to speak to a Human from them by phone and on line for over an Hour, IMPOSSIBLE, joke of a company, still don't know where my parcel is, their Parcelforce depot is in Perth and guess what no direct Telephone no.

parcel was due yesterday between 15.09 and 16.09 ,, never arrived, and i sat in till 20.30have phoned and got hung up on when he said he would go and get me more information ,, so far has been almost an hour at my expense they should have a free phone number for things like thistotal disgrace , and no further forward at this point about where it is and when i am likely to get it , i dont drive and i am classed as disabled due to chronic pain ,, anxiety and other ailments , i would definitely not recommend them at all , and when i was asking questions to the person that answered i got told to let him speak and when i went to ask another question same thing , talk about nightmare , that would be an understatement ,

Actually came to the house span around and drove off... Then put on the tracking had problem at address.... Yes the problem was he couldn't be bothered to deliver two 23kg pagages...

Terrible coy. Avoid if u can. They have no actual customer service to speak to. No option to leave with neighbour or collect at local post office, event though its on their card. They sent a text on delivery time but i wasnt home then, so I left a visible note on my door to leave with neighbour or through my side gate. They ignored and still took it back to depot with a note for next day redelivery. Stayed home all day n3xt day but it never came. On 3rd day, they never sent a text on delivery time.I wasnt going to be home so still left same note on door. They once again ignored and left a slip requiring I pick up parcel at their depot which was a 1.5 hrs round trip. I would not buy a product online that uses Parcelforce for delivery.

Efficient and friendly service. My parcels arrived safe and sound and the cost has been reduced in the last 6 months while the standard of service is markedly better.

Really poor service, was sent a text for the first delivery attempt and I opted for the parcel to be dropped at the local post office, next day there was no text and I had a card through the door to say it was at the depot which is over an hours drive away, called up and had to sit through an automated call to arrange re delivery for a 3rd attempt!Why wasn?t the parcel just left at my door as I am in a secure block? Surely it would be easier to do that than post a card and take it 40 miles away?!Some delivery companies are so far behind it?s crazy.

Sent a Parcel Tracked to Thailand on Friday 3rd February not for the first time it cost £122.80, I was amazed to find when I tracked it that it was delivered on Tuesday the 7th February, The only trouble was it had not been delivered? I was told after I Contacted Parcel Force, "they did not contact me" That it had been downgraded? Parcel Force gave me a New tracking Number?? and I was told that it would arrive later than expected, I paid top money to get it delivered Fast, Now I suppose I will have to chase them up for a refund? Or maybe they will contact me, what do you think?

They delivered it to the wrong place, they tried to deliver it to "my house" in Perth when I live in dundee stating they put a card through the door. Obviously not my house.
