Visited 24/3/23 my partner wanted to check her account long story short ,managed to get her bill reduced by half ,then myself wanted to check my account as my son is riding on the back of my contract,all good for me too in the end. I'm leaving this review as the guy that served us was one of the nicest people i have dealt with in a very long time,he was so down to earth but very efficient at the same time. I never got his name but had long hair and said he was a musician too,being much older than him i just felt he was so sincere and it was lovely to see ,well done to this chap for a very very good and sincere experience. ?

After problems with my mobile failing to connect I visited the O2 shop this afternoon. After a couple of attempts their tech wizard had me up and running again. Many thanks for an excellent service.

Rubbish customer service, no knowledge of O2 products & staff has no respect or training to deal with customers. Wasted my time! Went to seek help to buy a new device since a new hotspot device wasn?t working. Even though it was under 12 month warranty period, the so called manager who refused to give his name said the product wasn?t under any warranty & behaved very unprofessionally. These people have no interest to sell the products. Even though I was happy paying for a new device, they refused to help. Thankfully there is a formal O2 complaints procedure & they went out of their way to help. I have now made a formal complaint & I hope that the footage from the shop is accessed to see how the shop employee snatched my phone & used bad words when I suggested that I would start recording the way he was speaking to me & post this incident on social media to inform people how customers were being treated in the store.

Today I visited the 02 store in Perth and was very pleasantly impressed by a young man called Jake. I needed a new SIM card for a new phone I bought for my Dad but wanted to keep his old number although Jake explained as l did not have my Dads old phone he could not help me in store he guided me through the process of getting through to customer service and was a true gent, helping me give the correct information which made the call so much easier than if I had to manage my self. Jake is very polite and patient and if you need help with your phone he is your guy. Thankyou Jake! ???

Very helpful staff, I have a little bit of a sight problem at the moment and could not sort out a problem with my mobile, I called in, without an appointment and they very kindly had my mobile u and running within 10 min. Excellent service.

I reluctantly visited your shop, where James listened to my tale of woe, opened up my mobile phone and spent time sorting out and fixing the problem. To my surprise I did not have to change my phone number or tariff and even my credit balance was carried forward.All done without any hassle or fuss and no waiting about .5 star service and thoroughly recommended.val aldridge
