Having been battered from pillar to post by 02 call centre I decided to go to this shop for some good old fashioned face to face service. I was met with a young assistant that listened and understood my problem. She and her manager shredded my problem with simplistic logical steps on their computer and problem was solved. Great people, great service. No more call centres for me. Next time I know where to go.

Great experience with our advisor, she was very compassionate and knowledgeable in her handling of additional/differing needs. I hope the company realises the asset they have in her professional, friendly manner. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to those needing assistance with physical or cognitive impairment. Well done, O2.

Really unhappy with my query I was worried about the fact my old lost/stolen phone is still being used,the guy that answered the phone didn't even try to help I was still speaking to him and he hung up while I was still speaking to him he also freely admitted too not knowing much about phones or services if staff don't understand how phones work shouldn't they be better trained,I was dumbfounded to be treated like an idiot if I was buying a new phone I would think twice about 02 now,also I am older so not great with technology,also been an o2 customer for years,that was the thanks I got for loyalty to 02

In there yesterday 23rd June and staff very helpful despite, the young man trying to fix my Doro phone being rudely interrupted a few times.
A nasty customer became abusive and threatening but,this was dealt with by our assistant really well indeed.???

I went to the shop yesterday 11th April bcoz I needed a new 'phone. Was helped by Bradley and he was so nice and helpful. He was very patient with me and I think he's an asset to the Perth store....thanku Bradley ?
