Just had a really great shopping experience in Next Perth. Despite being mid sale during a pandemic, the store was extremely clean and tidy. I felt very safe, numbers being controlled by staff member on the door. Hand sanitizer available. I was greeted at the check out by a very pleasant employee, Ruaridh who served me. His Customer service skills really were excellent, and as for his clothes folding, absolutely brilliant. I hope he is still there at Christmas!!. Well done Next. Please congratulate him on a job well done.

Ordered from here due to their 'next day delivery' order didn't arrive the next day nor the next, tracker said they had tried and put note through door, absolute rubbish, it was to late to go and get something else to wear. Complete let down ?

Although they do have a great selection of clothes and footwear and some very nice homeware , I really visit for the perfumes and after shaves also the home fragrance items. I always have a browse and the fashion items and footwear is very good and varied.Nice underwear too.I buy a little something for a treat from the children's wear for my child occasionally as it is a little pricey but very nice quality.
