Went to change the coins in to notes .the person in the counter didnt mentioned in the beginning i need an account to get the money for coins. I wasted around 40 minutes of this irresponsible activity. Finally i came out and went to bank of scotland problem sorted

My wife has tried to make an appointment at the Perth branch for the last 25mins using the phone number and whoever she is getting through to it is not the Perth branch and she has been put through to the same call center 4 times and has decided to call it a day and go down to the branch instead. How hard is it for your employee in the call center to put her through to the Perth branch so an appointment could be arranged

Just moved to Nationwide from RBS. Been into this branch a few times to ask questions, and have had a great experience, both times. The male members of staff I spoke to were knowledgeable, helpful and happy to help. Definitely recommended!
