Overpriced for what u get potato scones were like roof slates nearly broke my teeth obviously been reheated several times and with screaming kids at next table was a great experience.

Go most weekends for breakfast and always had good quality, freshly cooked food and the staff always friendly. Unlimited beverages is a bonus.

Great selection of products but shame about the cafe. Always uncleared tables as well as greaserink floor. Think they just mop the floor with old greasy mops

Have eaten here before on numerous occasions. This visit was by far the worst. First of all we went about 8:30 on a Sunday morning. There was 1 other person in the cafe. Ordered breakfast, saw it sitting on the pass while the person continued to mop the floor and faff about. Eventually the breakfast came and the egg was like a brick and the beans were tepid.
Massive disappointment.

They are just not coping. Only one person waiting. All the tables dirty and covered with dishes. Despite two reminders our toasted sandwiches took half an hour. They were plonked down with no apology, just sliced white bread with no dressing. Great new extended menu, but the reality doesn't match.

Ordered at the machine you do yourself. Wasn't till I paid. I heard worker at till telling customers it would be 30 minute for any hot food. Should of let people at machine know before ordering. Coffee tasted like a teabag had burst in it. Only 1 coffee machine working.Took 45 minutes for food to come. Tables where disgusting. Morrisons cafe has really went downhill. Will not be returning

Food was good. But the fat member of staff with glasses was rude and abnoxious. The way he asked people to move to the other side of the counter was down right rude and unnecessary.

Waited 15 minutes for colds soup, l had a stale tea cake and had to sift though 5 cups before I found a clean one. I didn't expect the Ritz but not a single table was cleared in the time I was there. Dreadfull, does the store manager care?

At 10:30am, Saturday morning, I tried to have tea and toast in the Morrisons Cafe. However, I tried three times going through the ordering terminal menu options, but no tea, yet teapots were in sight. 'Hot Drinks' only listed four coffee types. No-one on the till. So I gave up, left my car in Morrisons car park, and walked over to Costa Coffee. 'Tea and toast sir? Certainly'. A few minutes later, I was enjoying my tea and toast. I think Morrisons' managers need to walk over to Costa and see how to run a very successful cafe

Don?t bother ,wanted a quick snack while shopping and it was a total disaster, staff really need a shake up,ordered a toastie and burger , slow service and food was disgusting, felt embarrassed for my wife having to pay £18 for such awful food , we will definitely not be back

Went for Sunday breakfast, 80% of the empty tables were stacked with dirty dishes. Ordered a Scottish breakfast which looked great but unfortunately was cold. It appears to be a busy cafe, staff seemed not to particularly like their jobs, the three which I saw looked defeated, maybe it was an off day.

Used to love this place. Have no idea what's happened to it. Never got items in. Place is dirty now. Went today to give it another go. Large queue as had to use self service till. Was nit waiting in that. What's happened to staff at tills these days. Will definetly nit return now.

Popped into the cafe at Morrison's for something to eat and drink. Self ordering and self service is available but you can also order with staff. Tables not cleaned, food on the floor. Cleaned my own table. Ok prices.
