not up to scratch. food was poor quality and ordered a large meal, but got small in large pack. drive thru at ASDA restaurant much better.

The staff need to be retrained on their knowledge of the 11 common allergens. I ordered no egg on 2 of my breakfast items and 1 came with egg, luckily it was just a preference but if it was an allergic reason they could have put someone in danger. The staff were not friendly and on previous orders they have left things out.

I ordered a plane cheese burger and a coke with chips and they gave me a strawberry milkshake and a mayo chicken burger I had already waited 25 minutes for my food and had to wait another 15 minutes to get the juice and burger changed

Used the app for collection at drive thru. Parked in bay 1. Wrong order brought after 15 minutes. 10 minutes later another wrong order was brought to the car which was basically thrown through the window and the guy ran away. I had to take the order back in store. A manager came to the counter, I explained what was happening. He put the wrong order in beside the fries to keep warm (good luck to whoever that order was for!). He then brought yet another wrong order to the counter for me. The manager then disappeared for 10-15 minutes. When I eventually got his attention again, I cancelled my order and got a refund. There was no explanation as to why my order had vanished off the face of the earth ( maybe the Hamburglar is back in town?). While I was waiting at the counter, I overheard other people having the same problem.
Can't rate the food because I didn't get any. Maybe whoever enjoyed my Cheesy McCrispy can do the food rating? I won't even give the atmosphere a ? because the place was full of hangry folks. I'm pretty sure as I left the place someone threw a cheeseburger (extra pickles and onions) at the fancy screen behind the counter! Madness!
Part 2. 21/2/25
Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear
Needed a quick tea on a busy Friday night for us. It was quiet when we arrived. Again, we ordered on the app.
We were asked to "park in bay 2, no, 1, no, no.....bay 1, yes 1!"
We parked in bay 1 like good little McCustomers and waited.....and waited.......aaaaaannnnd waited. Customers came and went while we sat with our tummies rumbling. After about 20 minutes the hangriness took over. We stormed into the restaurant like McViking Berserkers. "Where is our order?!" We demanded!
The guy behind the counter looked McFlummoxed.
"Here it is" said a McManager.
We grabbed our goodies and hauled ass to the car! We checked the order. All seemed McPeachy.
We got home. Whaddaya know?! Apparently a 'plain' double cheeseburger comes with everything on it! Maybe even extra onions and pickles for good measure.
They made up for the extra stuff on the cheeseburger by taking all the sugar out of our Coke.
The car next to us in bay 2 seemed to have the same problem! She looked McFurious!

McDonald?s roulette. It?s a gamble to see if you get what you order. McFlurry machine rarely works. Nothing to say this before entering the drive through though, so you?re then stuck sitting there waiting to get out. Plenty of better places to eat in Perth if you can afford a little extra time.

First my burger was see through, and half eaten.? I did receive a new burger, but this time the lettuce on my burger was brown.

A better option than Dunkeld road but you can potentially loose over an hour here, if you?ve come at a busy time just forget it you?ll be waiting a long time for some debatable food
Parking: Parking quickly fills up during busy times and you will also find half a dozen or more of those cars are waiting on food. This is not a fast food quick stop and go place.

Food was hot and tasty and the service was great from the staff but I had to run for a shit and the state of the place really yanks my rating down... Had to shit in the disabled toilet and even that was gipping. I should have taken photos.
