McDonald's machine didn't print me a receipt so I went to the manager to ask where my food was I saw it on the screen for 10 minutes it suddenly disappeared The manager told me I had to show my slip I showed my bank statement they made me food but of course They cheated me out of one cheeseburger I asked him to just give me one more and he didn't do it What a disaster

Left a hat by accident and phoned like 20 minutes after. Staff refused to check the place I was sitting in because there was other people there. They could have approached and ask if they had seen my hat but kept being dismissive and wanted to hung up. Such a bad experience, if I go to McDonald's it will be Broxden or from another city. A shame because the service while eating it was impeccable but this person on the phone ruined everything.

The food was slow for a place which specialised in fast food. And when it came,after my long wait, it was look warm at best and the fries were salted very little and soggy.

I only went in for a coffee and it ended up taking close to 15 minutes for the staff to get it. There was nothing fast about the service.

There is a spanish lady called maria menacho who is absolutely lovely and goes out her way to make sure you as the customer is comfortable while eating. Other staff however is not to fussed and was barking orders at maria while she was helping us. I really hope that management recognises maria kind heart and treats her as such

Pretty good McDonald's located up by Camperdown park. The drive through is normally very quick, food is usually fresh and hot, what more can you ask for.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, it's McDonald's!
