i have had bad experiences in the past with other GP surgeries to the point where i put off going in anymore. i couldn't put it off any longer however so i booked in for an appointment. the GP i saw was absolutely great, so friendly and understanding, and happy to send me for tests. the receptionist was really friendly too.

Never had an issue with this doctors. Receptionists are lovely and I've not seen a Doctor here that's hasn't been kind and respectful. I don't understand all the bad reviews. 100% recommend this Practice.

Dr Compton is the most uninterested, unprofessional doctor I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.Update: Lade Medical Practice are just as lovely as the Mauve Practice were. No longer in their catchment area, which is fair enough, but harassing me repeatedly to get off their books while I'm dealing with work and health conditions is unacceptable. No compassion nor understanding. Avoid.

I had an appointment booked and confirmed by text message, went for the appointment check in after 40 minutes waiting, I went to the reception just to be told that appointment supposed to be by phone... no phone call received. either

Excellent surgery. The staff at the reception is very helpful and the doctors and nurses are very professional.
