My experience has been mixed. I preferred the previous team headed up by Richard. He knew all our names and greeted everyone with a smile. The current pharmacist always looks unhappy and sends off the message that he does not want to talk to anyone. The rest of the team are better as they at least smile and are friendly. I know that they are all under pressure but the change over in team has not been so good for me.

My partner & myself visited the pharmacy in Perth where we needed both advice & medication, I was a little Apprehensive as my previous visits have been pretty negative (this was Prior to the new pharmacist being in place), I have to say my experience dealing with Tom & my previous experience was night & day. Tom went out of his way to explain & reassure my very nervous partner, the shop staff were equally as helpful & cheery where as before they could only be described as sullen.The shop was busy but ran smoothly.High praise given for such a wonderful turn around & well done Lloyds for having such a great pharmacist, I only hope you get to keep him.

Went to Lloyds pharmacy in Perth to pick up my prescription for cellulitis and the service I got was 1st class the pharmacist Tom was great and explained exactly how the antibiotics worked to deal with the bacterial infection.I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
