I arrived to early, 1hr before I was booked in for, not a problem for the staff though. Very polite and helpful. They managed to source tyres that they didn't have in stock from another kwikFit garage. Couldn't fault the service I received.

The job requested was eventually completed, but ?.1. I had to return the following day, after leaving the car from 10:00-16:00.The job had not been done.The workshop was not busy by 16:00, but after having my car all day, I was told at that point in time that they didn?t have enough time to complete the relatively simple job. Disappointing.2. I asked for a visual inspection report on the tyres, brakes, suspension etc whilst they had the wheels off. I reminded them when I dropped it off the following day.When I collected it, there was no feedback offered. When I asked, I was told ?all was fine?. There was no written safety inspection paperwork, as I have received before from KwikFit. Disappointed. Wad a health check done?.I would have let all the above pass, however when I got home I looked at the Invoice/receipt:a) It did not describe the work done;b) the mileage stated on the invoice was 98,556, whereas the actual mileage was 66,000 (have photo) on the first day I dropped it off,..The accuracy of description of work carried out plus mileage on service reports is part of full service history to confirm the mileage is genuine.The amount charged was reasonable, I don?t have an issue there, but no quote was given.In the past I have always had a good customer experience at KwikFit, including this branch.This time it left me thinking that I would not go back there, unless I was able to watch over all what had been done, compared to what had been requested.
