The manager who took care of us was fantastic. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our wheel imbalance problem quickly and had the whole thing fixed and ready within the hour. He explained how they had found the problem and gave me advice on what to do when we got home. We were able to drive away and enjoy the rest of our holiday without any further worries. He definitely deserves a pay rise!

Fantastic customer service from Connor at Kwik fit, Canal Street today! They were able to slot my car in the same day, they were really polite, helpful and did the job in the time they said they would. Great value for money too. Could not fault them!
