Tonight I went to dinner there with a friend and had a very negative experience. When I placed the order I spoke with the guy who served me to make sure that the burger I was going to order was not spicy, since I am allergic because they brought me the super spicy burger so I can only thank you for making me spend a night tonight. bad drink, since I have to take medication and have a bad night I will never set foot in that place again

I have written at length here and now dealing with KFC customer care who have show. The same contempt- no offer of refund for a twenty quid meal we didn?t eat.
Horrible food outlet - avoid

Disgusting. Toilets smell throughout the store. We paid, then returned food after seeing toilets. Manager didn?t care when pointed out. Didn?t offer refund or apology.

Just went through the drive through and the girl serving me had an absolutely stinking attitude for no reason at all, thanked her for my food and she looked me up and down and rolled her eyes.

Food was lacking, not nicely presented, cold. About 10 fries in the bag.
Music was clearly to the young male staff taste = a non-relaxed atmosphere.

today we decide to visit Perth for shopping and wanted to have a meal out. We visit kfc hoping for a nice meal and a pleasant experience. I was visiting with my elderly grandmother and my mother however when we were about to leave we used their bathrooms before hand.
Me and my gran walk in and there was stains all down both the women?s toilets. my grandmother tries to use the disabled toilets but the door would not open.
she informed the staff about the toilets and she got told that the disabled toilet door was broken and she couldn?t use it?
she also yet informs them about the women?s toilet incident and they said that it could of been there from yesterday which I find absolutely disgusting. As she is older this means that she was desperate and too know that you sell Food and Drink and do not have good toilets is absolutely vile.
I will not be visiting back as this is one of the worst experiences from a fast food restaurant. I hope this review helps others for visiting and helps the company realise what they have to improve on as your restaurant was quite simply unacceptable.
